Easy Peach Ice Cream

Easy Homemade Peach Ice Cream Recipe

This is a simple and delicious recipe that you can make at home using store-bought ice cream and our very own Sweet Peach Halves.

Ingredients:

1 quart of vanilla ice cream (Tillamook and Haagan-Dazs avoid corn syrup, like our peaches)

1 jar of Rachel's Texas Kitchen Sweet Peach Halves

1 tablespoon of honey (optional)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Peaches: Drain the Sweet Peach Halves and chop them into small pieces.

  1. Mix the Ingredients: In a large bowl, soften the vanilla ice cream slightly so it is easier to mix. Fold in the chopped peaches and honey (if desired) until evenly distributed.

  1. Freeze the Mixture: Transfer the mixture back into the ice cream container or another freezer-safe container. Freeze for at least 2 hours, or until the ice cream is firm.

  1. Serve and Enjoy: Scoop the peach ice cream into bowls or cones. Garnish with fresh mint leaves for an extra touch of freshness.

Sometimes it’s the simple things in life that are the most enjoyable. I hope you’ll enjoy this simple and yummy peach ice cream with a friend or a loved one.
